Splice Kitchen: Shared space for cooking entrepreneurs

Splice Kitchen shares its ovens and cooking equipment with food entrepreneurs that may not have the capitol to open up their own establishments. The city of Chicago makes it difficult for small food start-ups to get the proper space and permits for their idea. Splice Kitchen allows anyone for $25 an hour to use their kitchen and space to host parties, events or to take with them for their respective business. Check out the video by Enterprise City below.
